The Lookout From Tiny House Chattanooga

Meet "The Lookout" tiny house, from Tiny House Chattanooga.

The Lookout made its debut at the 2016 Tiny House Jamboree in Colorado, where it was voted "Best in Show". The home was deigned and built with no detail spared and truly offers a one-of-a-kind space.

The home was designed to give its second level a more "second story" feel as a break from the usual ladder-accessible loft bedroom. The home's builder used a staircase (that doubles as storage!) for those who want a tiny home without a ladder-accessible loft.

The Lookout also includes a full kitchen with appliances, a bathroom, an elevated living room, a foldable dining/work space, a loft bedroom, and plenty of storage throughout the space. Underneath the Lookout's living room floors is a rather large storage space you can also access from the back of the home.

The bedroom has a 5'11" ceiling, which can allow most people to stand upright in the space. There's also a skylight, room for a queen-sized bed, and hanging storage.

The home is currently priced at $82,000.
