The Porchlight from Hideaway Tiny Homes

From Hideaway Tiny Homes is this colorful and beautifully-designed tiny house!

Inside, the home has a 208-sq-ft interior, plus an 80-sq-ft loft for a grand size total of 288-sq-ft. There’s a ground floor twin-sized bed, and a master queen-sized loft upstairs. There’s also a kitchen, and a bathroom with a composting toilet. Additional features include a covered porch, a tankless propane water heater, a 46-gallon freshwater tank, and a split system. A one-year manufacturer warranty is also included!

The Porchlight is currently available for sale here in Denver, Colorado, for $79,900.

Tiny House Giveaway: Norma Jean

Interested in potentially owning a tiny house for only $20? The Lamon Luther Foundation is raffling off this gorgeous tiny house on wheels as part of their Tiny House Giveaway initiative. Proceeds from the ticket sales will go towards creating jobs and opportunity for men transition from homelessness and addictions in West Georgia.

The home, nicknamed the Norma Jean, is built onto a 28’ trailer and has an interior size of 308-sq-ft. There’s spray foam insulation, large windows, and an open concept floor plan. Inside is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a full bathroom, an over-sized loft, and a tankless water heater provided. In total, the home is valued at over $60,000.

Tickets are currently available for purchase until Monday, March 5th, 2018, with a winner being chosen the following day. Tickets are available here at $20 for 1 entry, $40 for 6 entries, $100 for 15 entries, or $250 for 45 entries.

Living Vehicle Tiny Home

If you're looking to down-size without sacrificing luxury or modern features, the Living Vehicle may be just your thing.

The home measures 30'11" x 8'4" and comes clad in an all-aluminum exterior (kinda reminds you of an Airstream, right?). Inside is a chef's kitchen with a stainless steel fridge and freezer, a two-burner cooktop, a moveable island, and even a trash chute!
