The Seattle Mini House

Following a divorce, Seattle-based artist, Michelle de la Vega, needed a new project. So she turned her attention towards her garage, and transformed into a beautiful, livable space.

Finished in 2010, the garage measures 250 sq ft, and was finished for $32,000. To keep costs down, Michelle did as much work on the house as she could by herself, and utilized materials she found in industrial salvage yards.
