The bathroom is 4.5 feet by 8 feet and includes a variety of amenities such as a large kitchen with an apartment-sized refrigerator, a 3-burner Furrion built-in range, a 24-inch apron front sink, and an optional dishwasher. The kitchen also offers storage and counter space, including a positionable island/dining table and a hood vent.

For added convenience, the Villa Max includes storage stairs with drawers and cabinets, providing ample space for a washer and dryer. Various bed options are available, including hydraulic lift and storage beds, elevator beds with a headboard desk, and a Murphy bed with a folding desk.
