Modern Tiny House For Sale in Knoxville

This bright, modern tiny house on wheels is currently available for sale in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The home was originally built by Scripps Networks Interactive and featured on the DIY Network before being auctioned off to raise money for non-profits in the Knoxville-area. The winning bidder and current owner of the home hasn’t used the home and is now offering it up for sale.

The house is built onto a tandem axle trailer with brakes, measures 17.3’ x 8.58’, and weighs about 5,520-lbs. It comes with standard RV hookups for electricity, water, and water, plus propane on-demand water heater, spare tire, and jack in the exterior storage locker.

Inside the home’s 123-sq-ft interior is a kitchen, living room area, bathroom, and a loft bedroom. The bathroom features a standard RV toilet and a stainless steel lined shower.

Almost everything you see pictured in the home is included in the sale with the exception of patio furniture, generator, and plants. Some of the items that come with the home include an electric mini-fridge, a TV, DVD player, table, two chairs, a hot plate, and utensils!

The home is currently listed for sale on Facebook here for $24,000 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Buyer is responsible for picker or arranging delivery.
