The Skookum Tiny House (365 Sq Ft)
The home has a unique and eye-catching exterior made form green-paintd corrugated metal and logs, with a galvalume standing seam metal roof. It's built onto a custom double-axel trailer and measures 24' x 10' x 13'5".
Inside the home is a 240 sq ft main floor, plus a 125 sq ft loft for a total interior size of 365 sq ft. The Skookum comes outfitted with a full kitchen, living room with a fireplace, a bathroom, and a cozy loft bedroom. There's also a number of appliances included such as a propane range/oven, a fridge, on-demand water heater, and an incinerating toilet. Also included is an exterior propane hookup for BBQing!
