The Lillooet #2 (204 Sq Ft)

From Westcoast Outbuildings is a second and smaller version of their Lillooet model. Similar to their first one, this tiny home also has a unique corrugated metal exterior with a bright, modern interior.

The home is built onto a triple-axel trailer and measures 24' x 8'6" x 13'5". Its main floor spans 204 sq ft and features a full kitchen with a fridge and cooktop, a living room, and a bathroom. Upstairs, via a ladder, is the home's 76 sq ft loft bedroom with enough room for a queen.
