Named the "Lillooet", the home is on the more roomy side of a tiny house at 31' long. Its ground floor measures 263 sq ft with an additional 137 sq ft of space in the home's loft spaces.
The exterior is composed of stone grey corrugated metal with a galvalume standing seam roof. Inside the home is plenty of window space to flood the home in natural light and make the space feel nice and roomy. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. There's also a living room, bathroom, a master loft, a second loft, and two mechanical rooms. There's even stairs that double as storage and even has a space for dogs!
