The home is built onto a dual axle trailer and weighs about 12,000 lbs. Its exterior is composed of ship lap cedar/galvanized panels with a metal roof. Inside the home's 174 sq ft interior is a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a loft bedroom.
The Skinny's kitchen comes equipped with a 24" gas range stove and oven, a fridge and freezer, microwave, a commercial grade sink, and 8 ft east Texas pecan butcherblock countertops.
