Fresno State Tiny House (200 Sq Ft)

Fresno State Tiny House

This year, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) held a tiny house competition to challenge colleges around California to bring innovation to tiny houses.

This year's entry from Fresno State University was a 200 sq ft tiny house with a lot of community work poured into it. According to an interview on the Fresno Bee, over 60% of the home's resources were donated from local businesses!

The exterior of the home is made from reclaimed wood from a barn made back in the 1800's. Inside the home is a kitchen, bar-styled dining space, a living room, bathroom, and a loft bedroom with room for a California king-sized bed.

Enjoy a video tour of the home below!
