The Kingfisher From Rewild Tiny Houses

A beautiful 160 sq ft home from Rewild Homes of Nanaimo, British Columbia.

Called the “Kingfisher”, the 8’ x 20’ tiny house was sold last year as a mobile office to a buyer in Alberta.

The home’s exterior is made from custom-milled cedar from Vancouver Island with charcoal shingles on the roof. The interior of the home has laminate flooring on the main floor, pine flooring in the lofts, and pine ceilings.

The Kingfisher comes outfitted with a kitchen, bathroom, a main loft big enough for a queen-sized bed, and a second smaller loft for storage or as a second sleeping loft.

A tiny house from Rewild takes about a month to build and their basic homes start at $37,000 CAD (about $28,117 USD).
