The Heart of It All Tiny House
This tiny house was a DIY project built by its owners, Trevor and Mary, in Dayton, Ohio.
The couple bought the plans for "hOMe", a popular modern tiny house, from Tiny House Build. Over 22 weeks, Trevor and Mary worked on building their house with the help of Trevor's parents. When they were done, they had a beautiful dark-stained version of "hOMe" that they named the Heart of it All. The home measures about 349 sq ft; 221 sq ft on the main floor and 128 sq ft in the loft.
The home has a loft bedroom, a dining space, living room space, a full kitchen and a bathroom. For storage, there's a smaller second loft, plus shelf space built into the staircase up to the bedroom loft.
