Orme Tiny Home by Minimaliste (255 Sq Ft)
Located in Dunnville, Ontario, the Orme model from Minimaliste is a stylish and functional tiny home built in 2019. Currently situated on a farm property just a 5-minute drive from downtown Dunnville, this house offers the opportunity to remain on the property for a monthly rental fee or can be easily towed to a new location.
Designed for year-round living, this house is equipped with hydro and water hook-ups, sitting on a concrete pad and skirted. It comes partially furnished, including a couch, two queen mattresses, and kitchen supplies. The farm owners take care of lawn mowing and snow plowing, utilizing the farm during the summer and on weekends. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized mattress on the primary loft above the living room and a second queen-sized mattress on the secondary loft above the bathroom. A mini-split electric air conditioner and heater ensure comfort throughout the seasons.
