The Low Country (464 Sq Ft)
Clayton Homes teamed up with the Alabama-based architect, Jeffery Dungan, to create a new home for their Designer Series. The home was inspired by Dungan's southern roots and offers a unique, upscale choice in the park model market.
The Low Country has 464 sq ft of space and comfortably sleeps up to four people. The exterior of the house features premium cedar shake shingles with a relatively spacious front porch. Inside, through the home's energy-efficient French doors, are cathedral ceilings with shiplap walls and oak hardwood flooring.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with quartz countertops, in addition to bar-style dining for four people. The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, fits a queen-sized bed and features full-height closet space, and a built-in desk.
