The Brown Bear Tiny House (325 Sq Ft)
Nicknamed the "Brown Bear", the home is built onto a 28' bumper pull with 325 sq ft of space inside. The home has two lofts, one of which was split into two separate spaces for the kids. The kids' rooms also feature a desk and TV in each room!
Downstairs, on the home's main floor, is a kitchen with full-sized appliances and a 33" apron sink. There's also a bathroom, dining space for four, a living room, and a bicycle rack on the home's exterior!
The home was built and finished for $65,000.
