The Tiny House Company Home
This one's designed and built by The Tiny House Company of Salisbury (just north of Adelaide). It's a beautiful modern space with a full kitchen, a living room, bathroom, and front porch. Perhaps the coolest feature of the home is a retractable bed that lowers from the home's ceiling.
The home measures 2.5 m x 7.5 m (about 8.2 ft x 24.6 ft) and comes wired for solar power. It's also insulated and featured recycled wood throughout the home!
The home is currently available for sale, costing between $120,000 to $150,000 AD (about $89,500 to $111,860 USD) depending on customization and options.
