The NOMAD Micro Home
The homes are made in British Columbia, Canada, where they are then shipped to their buyer/owner. The homes come flat-packed and can be easily assembled on-site and placed just about anywhere. The 10' x 10' space features a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all for less than $30,000.
NOMAD offers a few options for the home, ranging from $15,000 to $28,000. There's also furniture and off-grid options you can add to better suit your needs and/or style.
