The kitchen has everything you need to create meals in comfort and style: quatz countertops, soft close cabinets, a propane five-burner cooktop, an over-sized toaster oven, and even a wine rack!
The Chuy is currently available for the year-end discounted price of $67,500 (down from $77,500). The pricing also includes a $2,000 allowance for custom storage options the buyer can pick themselves. It's only about 70% finished but it'll give you the option to choose some of the home's features yourself! BTW, the price also includes the appliances and a sofa.
