The Elsa From Olive Nest Tiny Homes

Elsa from Olive Nest Tiny Homes

Hands down one of the most beautiful tiny homes I've seen this year is The Elsa!

Designed and built by Olive Nest Tiny Homes, The Elsa spans 323 sq ft and built onto a 28' x 8.5' trailer with three 7,000lbs axels. The home is currently parked at the Lakewalk Tiny House Community where you have the option to keep it or trailer it away.

The Elsa's exterior features a cedar ship lap with a metal roof and closed-cell spray foam insulation in the walls, ceiling, and floors. Parked immediately in front of the house is a second trailer which serves as a deck space and has a porch swing.

Inside the home's bright interior are ship lap walls with Pergo flooring on the main floor and pine floors in the loft. The kitchen comes equipped with a full-sized gas range/oven,  quartz countertops, and a stainless steel sink. There's also a living room with a pullout sofa, a bathroom, and a cozy loft bedroom. There's also zone lighting and 14 Anderson windows to keep your home well-light at all times!

The Elsa is currently offered for sale here in Taylors, South Carolina, for $81,000. The sale includes all the appliances, furnishing, and decor!
