North Carolina Loft (232 Sq Ft)
Named the North Carolina Loft, the home can be towed by a ton truck or van. The exterior is composed of cedar siding with stained trim. The home's wood interior measures 8' x 29' and has a total size of 232 sq ft.
The kitchen has laminate countertops, your choice of a gas or electric range, a range hood, and a fridge. The loft in the home is accessible by stairs and has enough height for most people to stand up in. There's even room to add a dresser!
The bathroom comes equipped with a 36" fiberglass shower, a standard porcelain toilet, and a sink with a mirrored vanity.
