Tipsy the Tiny House (180 Sq Ft)

If you've ever wanted to try out tiny house living, this urban-chic tiny home in West Seattle could be a good practice run!

The Tipsy tiny house is an 180 sq ft home, designed by one of its owners, architect Chad Kuntz. Located in West Seattle, the home is a popular hotel option on Airbnb and HomeAway.

Its exterior is made from reclaimed oak siding and mixed hardwoods with a metal roof. Inside Tipsy is a loft bedroom, living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a traditional plumbing. It's also a pretty tech savvy home and has a LED fireplace, flatscreen TV, surround sound, a digital in-wall bar, and smartphone access.

To book the home, you can reserve it on either Airbnb or HomeAway.
