This tiny house, designed and built by Burrow Tiny Homes, is currently available for sale in Pendleton, Indiana.

The home, named the "Wanigan", measures 8.5 ft x 20 ft and has an interior size total of about 250 sq ft. Inside is two loft bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and living room space. There's also a gas burning stove with an oven,  a refrigerator, a mini-split heating and A/C unit, and USB ports. The Wanigan also has a pantry and closet space.

It's currently available for sale on Tiny House Listings for $44,000.
