Modern Farmhouse From Liberation Tiny Homes
The home is built on a 24' trailer and features a mist gray LP smart side siding, a blue Galvalume metal roof, and Azek trim. Inside the home is vinyl plank flooring and whitewashed pine beadboard walls, with stained pine accents.
The layout includes a living room, dining table, full kitchen, an 8' x 8' loft bedroom, and a washroom. The kitchen has a two burner electric cooktop, a fridge under the stairs, cabinets and a 24" sink. The bathroom has a custom made subway tile shower and a Separette composting toilet.
There's also a Pioneer 9000 BTU mini-split unit and a propane on -demand hot water heater.
The price for the home as shown here is $54,000 and is sold out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
