This beautiful, rustic tiny house is designed and built by the Tiny House Building Company of Fredericksburg, Virgina.

Named the "Mountaineer", the home spans a total of 352 sq ft. It's interior features two loft bedrooms (one king, one queen), a living room, kitchen, and a bedroom. For storage, the home features a staircase up to one loft that doubles as storage, a spice rack, a rear closet, and cabinet space in the kitchen. There's also upgraded "chestnut Bruce" with cork underlayment for flooring used throughout the space.

The Mountaineer's price starts at $65,000.
