The Orchard Home From IdeaBox
The Orchard is a 750 sq ft park model home designed and built by IdeaBox, a company based in Salem, Oregon.
The home features a bedroom, bathroom, an open concept kitchen and living room, and even a porch! The home has a bright and functional design, which makes the home seem bigger than it is.
The bedroom is large enough to fit a king-sized mattress and a washer-dryer combination.
The bathroom features a tiled shower with glass doors and water-saving fixtures.
The home was designed and built for a couple who live on an orchard and wanted something simple and functional. The home took 4 months to plan, build and deliver.
IdeaBox is currently selling models of the Orchard at $124,000.
