From Minimaliste, a company based in Quebec, is the Sequoia: a 220 sq ft tiny house.

The home is designed to be self-sufficient using solar panels as a renewable energy source. The home can be connected to a single extension or solely rely on its own power source.  There’s also a ventilation system in place, and a built-in thermostat.

The home has a living room, dining space, work surface, a full kitchen with appliances, a full bathroom, a loft bedroom, and storage within the home’s bamboo flooring. As a unique extra feature, the home also comes equipped with an entertainment system. There’s are built-in speakers, an amplifier, a 60-inch HD projector and subwoofer loudspeakers.

The home sells between $30,000 to $100,000 depending on options,
