The 192 sq ft home features a full kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a loft bedroom with ample window space. There's also a small storage box on the home's front exterior.

The home was purchased as a temporary residence while its owners did major renovations on their main home. Once the work was done, the Craftsman was listed for sale at $39,500 and sold.
