The Chimera is a rustic and cozy 8’ by 24’ tiny house by Wind River Tiny Homes.
The 192 sq ft home has a few self-sustaining features that make the home off-grid friendly. The home is heated by a wood burning stove, in addition to a fan and mini-split heating/cooling system powered by solar energy. The home also comes equipped with battery backup and inverters to keep the home powered at all times.
The home features a relatively large kitchen with appliances, a living room, a full bathroom, a loft bedroom accessible by a staircase, and a second loft for storage. The Chimera’s stairs also double as extra shelf space, and also fit the home’s washer/dryer and fridge.
The home is priced at $84,000.
