Roving Tiny House by 84 Lumber

84 Lumber, a major retailer of building supplies, has released a line of tiny house kits. One of their homes, featured here, is named Roving.

Roving is a cabin-style tiny home on wheels with a cozy, rustic interior. The home is made from cedar lap siding, with reclaimed wood accents inside the home. It’s built on a custom steel trailer that’s made for easy and safe transportation of the home.

You can buy the Roving in three different stages:

• trailer and plans: the most basic option, includes the blueprints for the home, a materials list, and a trailer. Priced at $6,884
• tiny house shell, trailer, plans: this option comes with the home's shell, doors, windows and shower already installed. The shell comes amounted on a trailer with the blueprints and materials list to finish the job. Priced at $19,884.
• finished model: built and completed by 84 Lumber and move-in ready. Takes about 8 to 10 weeks. Priced at $49,884. 

The Roving’s kitchen is relatively spacious for the home’s 154 sq ft size. There’s walnut butcher block countertops, an Energy Star fridge, an electric cooktop, stainless steel sink, and a built-in dining table. The home’s finished also comes equipped with a smoke/CO detector and fire extinguisher.

The Roving’s layout also includes a full bathroom, living room space, a loft bedroom, and a small porch in the front. The home is also well insulated and ready to withstand just about any weather.
