Blue Sapphire By SimBLISSity
This pretty blue and gray tiny house is designed and built by SimBLISSity Tiny Homes of Lyons, Colorado.
Called the “Blue Sapphire”, the home is built on a 24’ trailer and has a ground floor size of 204 sq ft. The home’s exterior features a unique blue roof with gray siding, and two-bike garage storage.
Inside the home is a comfortable living room with an L-shaped sofa with built-in storage. There’s also a small fireplace to keep things warm during the colder months.
The home’s kitchen comes outfitted with butcher block counters, cabinets, a fridge, gas range, and a black composite sink with a rankles water heater. There’s also a full bathroom, and a cozy loft bedroom accessible by stairs.
The home was sold for $75,000.
