The Lumbec Tiny House

This mobile tiny house, designed and built by Tiny House Lumbec, is as beautiful as it is comfortable. Named the TH2 (presumably Tiny House 2), the home is built in Gatineau , Quebec, just outside Canada's capital, Ottawa.

The home pictured measures 8.5 feet wide and 24 feet long for an interior space of 204-square-feet. It features a rather spacious kitchen with ample storage, a living/dining room, a bathroom with a 60-inch tub, and a loft bedroom with room for a queen-sized bed.

The dining/living room area comes with a couch, a dining table that can be folded away, a wall-mounted television, and a small wood-burning stove with wood storage. The kitchen also comes well equipped with a full-size refrigerator, induction stove, and a microwave.

A 16' full model sells for $45,000 CAD and a 24' unit goes for $65,000 CAD. Shell options retail at $25,000 and $35,000 respectively.
