The Villa Max, created by Tru Form Tiny Homes, is a stunning park model home in their farmhouse modern style. With a width of 10 feet and a size of 480 square feet, this model offers a spacious and comfortable living space.

Featuring a large loft and a bedroom on the main floor, the Villa Max provides flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is 4.5 feet by 8 feet and includes a variety of amenities such as a large kitchen with an apartment-sized refrigerator, a 3-burner Furrion built-in range, a 24-inch apron front sink, and an optional dishwasher. The kitchen also offers storage and counter space, including a positionable island/dining table and a hood vent.


For added convenience, the Villa Max includes storage stairs with drawers and cabinets, providing ample space for a washer and dryer. Various bed options are available, including hydraulic lift and storage beds, elevator beds with a headboard desk, and a Murphy bed with a folding desk.

The interior of the Villa Max features fine line pine wall surfaces painted in white, creating a clean and bright atmosphere. Natural wood accents, such as barn doors, collar ties, and open shelves, add a touch of warmth to the space. The bathroom boasts a custom hickory vanity, while the optional dining table showcases the beauty of hickory wood.
