The Toccoa By Wind River Tiny Homes

The Toccoa, designed by Wind River Tiny Homes, is a classic and versatile tiny home model available in sizes 24ft and 30ft. It offers comfortable living for up to 2 people with a starting price of $86,900. This design focuses on efficiency and maximizing space and storage while maintaining an open and inviting atmosphere with ample windows. Whether you're a couple, a remote worker, or simply seeking a low-maintenance alternative, the Toccoa provides the freedom and comfort you desire.

The 24ft Toccoa model offers a complete package with a well-equipped kitchen, a built-in table that doubles as a desk, space for a washer/dryer, a pantry or utility closet, open storage stairs (or a ladder if space is more valuable than storage), and a spacious sleeping loft. The 30ft version provides the option of a side entry or end entry.

The Toccoa is built on a heavy-duty, custom-built tiny home trailer with a double-axle, bumper-pull, trailer brakes, and highway lighting. The exterior features a Tuff-Rib metal roof and LP SmartSide painted lap siding or board and batten siding and trim. It is certified as a Park Model RV.

Inside, you'll find a variety of ceiling options including V-joint, shiplap, or smooth panel. The living area is open, allowing you to personalize the space with your own furniture or desk. The master loft measures 10'6" x 7'5" and provides access via open storage stairs.

The kitchen features closed lower cabinets with soft-close hardware, finish-grade plywood boxes, and open upper shelving. It is equipped with a butcher block counter, a drop-in stainless or composite sink, and your choice of brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, or black faucet and cabinet hardware. Appliances include a 2-burner electric cooktop and a 3/4 size 24" fridge. Combo washer/dryer hookups are available.

The bathroom offers a 36" x 34" shower pan and a round-bowl gravity flush toilet.

The Toccoa is designed to provide a comfortable and functional living space, with thoughtful features and high-quality finishes. It offers the freedom and flexibility of a tiny home without sacrificing comfort or style.
