Upon entering Coastal Modern, guests are welcomed into the signature social area that is a hallmark of Modern Tiny Living homes. This versatile space seamlessly transforms into a comfortable bed within 30 seconds, providing a cozy spot for relaxation, reading, or watching TV.
The designer kitchen in Coastal Modern is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. While the focus was on creating a luxurious space for guests, the kitchen is equipped with essential amenities, including a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and a beautiful farmhouse sink. The home is equipped with double-pane, tempered glass windows in black, creating a sleek and modern exterior.
Coastal Modern is designed with recessed LED lighting throughout, a ceiling fan, and a wood staircase with cubbies and a closet. The home is insulated with closed-cell spray foam insulation (3" in walls/ceilings/floors), ensuring optimal energy efficiency and comfort. A ductless mini split provides heating and air conditioning, while an electric tankless water heater offers hot water on demand. The electrical service is 50 Amp.
