This exceptional tiny home features not one, but two king-size lofts connected by an elevated catwalk. Each loft is illuminated by a stunning skylight, infusing the space with natural light. The Bison also boasts a remarkable wood accent ceiling that adds character and warmth to the interior.
When it comes to functionality, The Bison leaves nothing to be desired. The fully equipped designer kitchen is complete with a full oven, range, refrigerator, and a spacious sink. An L-shaped countertop provides convenience for dining and working. The luxurious full bathroom includes a vanity with a mirror and medicine cabinet, a composting toilet, a custom-tiled shower, and ample space for comfort. Additionally, it is pre-plumbed for a stackable washer and dryer.
The living area showcases a honeycomb-tiled accent floor and wall, prepared for a wood-burning stove to create a cozy atmosphere. The remaining space in the living area is left open for the furniture of the homeowner's choice, allowing for personalization and customization.
The Bison is built on a 28 ft. Trailer Made custom tiny home trailer foundation and features LP Vertical Smart Siding for its exterior. The roof is made of durable steel, ensuring longevity and protection. Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring adds elegance to the interior, while Poplar Tongue & Groove is used for the interior walls. The hardware package exudes a farmhouse aesthetic with matte black finishes. The social area is left open for the homeowner to provide their own furniture, tailoring the space to their preferences. Two large king lofts with skylights offer comfortable sleeping quarters, and a custom dual staircase with built-in storage provides convenient access.
The kitchen showcases custom cabinetry and quartz countertops, including an L-shaped section for added functionality. A 30-inch white farmhouse sink, a propane gas oven with a 4-burner top, and a full-sized refrigerator complete the kitchen.
The bathroom boasts a custom-tiled shower with a glass door, a Nature's Head composting toilet, floating shelves, an included vanity and sink, and a custom sliding barn door. Hookups for a washer and dryer are also included.
The Bison is equipped with a ductless mini split for heating and air conditioning, a gas propane water heater (PrecisionTemp), a 50 Amp electric service, and closed-cell spray foam insulation (3" in walls/ceilings, 4" in floors) for optimal comfort and energy efficiency. Other features include a propane tank system and solar panels.
