The Homestead is a fully loaded, luxury tiny house from Ohio-based builder, Broward Build. The 30' home comes packed with all kinds of features including 5 skylights, gorgeous blonde wood throughout, and even a dog door.
Coming in through the front door takes you right into the living room, which features hexagon-tiled floors.
The kitchen comes equipped with an 18 cu.ft. refrigerator and a three-burner stovetop. There's also cabinet storage, quartz countertops, and a 30" stainless steel sink. A Bunn coffee maker is also included!
To the left side of the kitchen's counter space is a 24" desk- ideal for dining and/or working as needed.
To maximize space in the home, the stairs have built-in storage, leading up into the home's loft bedroom.
The bedroom is an 8' x 10' carpeted space, with a skylight overhead and wainscotting behind the headboard.
In the bathroom, you'll find a cozy, warm space with a natural wood vanity with a white porcelain top.
The bathroom features black hexagon tiles, similar to those in the living room. There's also a shower with a sliding glass door.
The Homestead is built onto a 32' x 8'6" Iron Eagle trailer, and weighs about 13,500 lbs. The exterior is wrapped in wood with copper siding on the upper part of the home.
The home also includes:

- a 12.6kw 220V electric tankless water heater
- a 12,000 BTU mini-split with a heat pump
