The Sanibel From Humble Houses

Say hello to the "Sanibel"! A 30' tiny house on wheels from Humble Houses, based in Germantown, Maryland.

The home is built on a 30' x 8.5' triple-axle flatbed trailer for mobility.

The home's interior has a clean, modern look with 240-sq-ft of space.

The home's spacious main floor features a full kitchen, a foldable table for dining or working and a "flex" room.

The "flex" room can be used as a living room, home office, or third bedroom.

There is additional hidden storage space, hidden underneath the floor.

The home's galley kitchen comes with full size appliances including a stainless steel fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a convection oven, a 3-burner gas cooktop, and a double stainless steel apron sink.

The home's owners opted for granite counter tops with a glass subway tile backsplash.

Between the Sanibel's two loft bedrooms and the flex room, the home has the potential to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.

The full-size bathroom comes equipped with a GE washer and dryer unit, a glass corner shower, a composting toilet, and a sink and vanity.
