Cedar Wheelie Shack (77 Sq Ft)

A tiny house that’s truly tiny at 12’ in length and an interior size of just 76.5-sq-ft!

Named the “Wheelie Shack” the home is perfect for someone in need of accommodations to go. The home is perfectly towable and comes built on a double-axle trailer with all new tires and professionally installed brakes.

The home is perfect for all-season living and comes with spray-foam insulation. There’s also a Salamander Hobbit wood stove to keep you warm during the colder months. Reclaimed wood was used in much of the home construction, including birds-eye maple flooring, and alder countertops and table. Reclaimed cedar was also used for the exterior and interior of the Wheelie Shack!

The kitchen comes with a small four-burner propane stove and oven. There’s also a table that can comfortably seat four, or be folded down when not in use to create extra sleeping space. The main sleeping area of the home is located in the loft where there’s a queen-sized bed, and enough headroom to comfortably sit upright.

The home is currently available for sale here in Cardwell, Montana, for $30,000. Delivery is also available in exchange for the cost of gas to anywhere in the continental USA. Note, the home does not have a bathroom or plumbing.
