The Barton Ranch By Sasquatch Custom Homes
The Barton Ranch is a beautiful tiny home built by Brian Barrett of Sasquatch Custom Homes, and named after the friend who encouraged him to step out on faith and build his first home. The home measures 8’6’’ x 20’ on the exterior and has an 8’ x 4’ porch.
When you walk inside, you will see a custom fold down table, mounted on the wall, under which 2 bar stools (included) can be paired. Bordering this table is the kitchen area, which includes a spacious granite counter top, 9’’ deep, stainless steel kitchen sink and 3-burner propane cooktop. Plenty of storage can be found underneath the countertop in the solid wood cabinets and large drawers.
The main living room is lit by an oil-rubbed, bronze 3 light fixture and is cooled by oscillating, wall-mounted fans. On the opposite wall of the fans, and bordering the lofted bedroom, is the flat screen TV that can be watched from the 76’’ couch in the living room.
The ample space and elegant fixtures do not end in the living room but extend to the bathroom as well in this charming tiny house! This bathroom features plenty of wall storage for personal items and has a nice-sized walk in shower built with a marble base.
