The Solo 40

From Altius Architecture Inc this stunning modular prefab home named The Solo 40. Designed by Graham Smith, the home is fully customizable to suit any clients needs and comes in sizes ranging from 480 to 2,000 sq ft.

The model pictured here is located at the Rochester Golf Club and Resort in Belle River, Ontario. It features a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a small outdoor porch.

The homes sell for about $195/sq-ft and can be shipping from either the company's California or Ontario warehouse.
