The Sakura From Minimaliste (380 Sq Ft)

Sakura by Minimaliste

New from Canadian tiny house builder, Minimaliste, is this luxe custom-build named The Sakura.

The home is built on a gooseneck trailer and measures 10.5' x 32'. Its exterior features an eye-catching cedar with semi-transparent dye, and heron blue metal.

The interior of the home features a number of creative innovations to make the most the home's 380 sq ft space. One of the most unique, and most likely a first for any tiny house, is hydronic heated floors! Also included in the home is a modular sofa and butterfly table to allow the home's owners to transform the space as they need it to.

To help the home's owners ease into tiny house living, Minimaliste incorporated as much storage as possible. They also created unique stairs that fold in to free up some floor space when they aren't in use. The loft bedroom also has a bed that can be lifted up to storage items underneath it. And to extend the space outdoors, Minimaliste added a rooftop patio!

Be sure to check out a video tour of the Sakura below. Contact Minimaliste here for more info and pricing.
