The Piggy Bank Tiny House (120 Sq Ft)
The home was built by its owner from Shelter Wise's plans for their Miter Box tiny house. According to its Airbnb page, the home measures 8 ft wide, 12 ft long and has an interior size of 96 sq ft (120 sq ft if you count the loft).
The sale of the home includes everything inside- the mattress, appliances, light fixtures, etc. It's also road safe and perfectly capable of being towed.
The home, named the Piggy Bank, is being sold because its owners are tearing down their main house and can't keep their tiny house on the property during re-construction. It'll be available and ready to go to its new home by December 1st.
It's currently available for sale on Tiny House Listings for $45,000.
