Van Alstyne Tiny House (340 Sq Ft)

If you're a fan of HGTV's Tiny House Hunters, maybe you'll remember seeing this tiny house on the show back in September.

It's now available for sale in Van Alstyne, Texas, (a town north of Dallas), for $57,999.

The home was built by Tennessee Tiny Homes and measures 24 ft long, 8 ft wide and has a total of 340 sq ft of space. Inside the home is a full kitchen, two loft bedrooms, a living room area, and a bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with a four-burner propane stove, a 3/4 fridge, a deep sink, and a washer/dryer combination. The sale of the home also includes a sofa!

Extra perk: as you can see from the photos below, the home has been thoroughly inspected by a camel, who appears to approve.
