Michigan State University's Sparty Cabin (177 Sq Ft)

This past Earth Day, the students of Michigan State Univesity's Shadows Program debuted their first ever tiny house build.

The home has been nicknamed "Sparty's Cabin" and is now available for sale! The home comes equipped with traditional hook-ups for sewer, water, and electricity. There's also a full kitchen, a loft bedroom, a living room space, and a bathroom.

According to mLive, the 177 sq ft home will be offered up for bidding until November 19th. The minimum bid is $35,000 and the money raised will go to support MSU's School of Planning, Design, and Construction.
