This pretty tiny house on wheels is designed and built by Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses of Durango, Colorado.
The home is named the “River Runs Through It”. It’s a custom tiny house built on a 32 ft gooseneck trailer. The home’s ground floor measures 218 sq ft, plus an additional 70 sq ft of space in the loft bedroom.
Inside the home is a full kitchen with a unique river rock inlaid countertop measuring 41 inches, perfect for the home’s tall owners! There’s also a dining area, living room space, a bathroom, and a loft bedroom.
The home's approximate sale price is $60,000.
