A 93 Sq Ft Guest Apartment

Using just 93 sq ft, this former laundry room was transformed into a stunning guest apartment.

The home’s ground floor features a sleek and modern kitchen with an adjacent living room space. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with just enough room for a queen-sized bed, and a small washroom. The space was design by San Francisco-based interior designer, Christi Azevedo.
