This 170 sq ft home is by Monarch Tiny Homes of San Diego, California.
The home is available as one of two options. The first option is called a "half/half" where the home comes sold unfurnished for $22,000. A full, move-in ready model (pictured here) is priced at $47,000.
The home featured plywood flooring, LED lighting, and sustainable elements such as recycled siding and a composting toilet. There's also plenty of storage throughout the home including closets, shelving, and a small loft space to put away some personal items.
