The Lilypad Tiny House
Say hello to the Lilypad, a 206 sq ft tiny house in Boulder, Colorado.
The home’s owner, Anita, wanted a small house in order to live more simply. She worked with Small Home Oregon to plan and build the Lilypad, which amounted up to around $30,0000.
The home has a full kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom in the loft, a home office, and a comfy living space. There’s also a second loft and space in the staircase for storage.
