The Heijmans ONE Tiny House
The home measures 3.5 meters across, has two levels, and has an interior total size of 480 sq ft. The Heijmans ONE is built in a factory in Tilburg, delivered by two trucks (one level on each truck), and assembled within a few hours.
The home is powered by renewable, eco-friendly methods. There are solar panels on the roof and a Tesla Powerwall to maximize on the home's energy. Additionally, rain water is collected on the roof, purified, and distributed throughout the home.
The Heijmans ONEs are currently available for lease across cities in the Netherlands for around €800/mo ($910 USD/mo).
