The Liberation Tiny House (170 Sq Ft)

After building his first tiny house, builder James Stoltzfus liked the result so much he started his own tiny house company, called Liberation Tiny Homes.

The company's first home, named the "Alpha", measures 20 feet by 8.5 feet, for a grand total of 170-square feet. This tiny house on wheels is equipped with a loft bedroom, living room, a full kitchen, and a compact bathroom. The sectional sofa in the living room also doubles as a sleeping space for guests.

The Alpha is built in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, starting at $45,500 (more pricing info here).
